What inspired you to become a mortgage broker, and how did you get started?

My journey into mortgage brokerage began during my time at HSBC bank. When my area of the business underwent changes, I saw an opportunity to pivot towards a career that allowed me to directly engage with clients and provide personalised solutions. Working in the mortgage and protection market, I quickly realised my passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of homeownership.
